Are there any side-effects of henna?

Henna is a natural product. Natural henna is safe. It is suggestible NOT to henna infants and kids with G6PD deficiency because of its life threatening consequences.

Alternate to doing henna on kids:

How long does it take to apply henna?

It takes about 5-10 minutes for 4-5inches long design. Bridal or heavy henna art takes 1-3hours depending on the design.

How much does it cost to get henna done?

Designs start from $5 onwards. On an average it costs $10-20 to get a delicate armband or an anklet. Bridal henna package starts from $100. Parties can be an hourly charge or individual charge if everyone pays for their own. There is a trip charge associated with any henna service.

What can I do to make my henna stain last long?

1) Apply oil to the henna area before shower.
2) Avoid using body lotion with lots of artificial fragrances.
3) Avoid cleaning bleaches and other household chemicals.
4) Avoid swimming.
